32nd CSEAR International Congress, St Andrews, 23-25 August 2022

This residential conference at The University of St. Andrews is a gathering of academics, practitioners and researchers who focus on the teaching, research, theory and practice of social, environmental and sustainability accounting and reporting. The spirit of the conference is interdisciplinary and so submissions are also invited from perspectives beyond accounting. Please note the conference venue and the submission date.

The CSEAR conference provides a forum for scholarly work in various stages of development and explicitly encourages open discussion as well as close collegiality.

Plenary Speaker
We are delighted to announce that the confirmed plenary conference speaker is Professor Laura Spence from Royal Holloway, University of London.

Registration
Category 1: Full Residential Conference Package for Existing CSEAR Members only – £480 
The residential conference price includes conference registration for the Congress (23-25 August); dinner and accommodation on Tuesday 23 August; breakfast, dinner and accommodation on Wednesday 24 August and breakfast on Thursday 25 August.

Category 2: Day Delegate Conference Package for Existing CSEAR Members only – £365
The day delegate conference rate includes the conference registration for the Congress (23-25 August). The day delegate rate does NOT include accommodation, and does NOT include evening meals.

Category 3: Full Residential Conference Package for Non-CSEAR Members  – £725
The residential conference price includes the conference registration for the Congress (23-25 August); dinner and accommodation on Tuesday 23 August; breakfast, dinner and accommodation on Wednesday 24 August and breakfast on Thursday 25 August.

Category 4: Day Delegate Conference Package for Non-CSEAR Members  – £565
The day delegate conference rate includes the conference registration for the Congress (23-25 August). The day delegate rate does NOT include accommodation, and does NOT include evening meals.

Category 5: Emerging Scholars Colloquium (ESC) – £0/Partial bursary fee for the Congress – £300 (open for registration after 31 May and by invitation only)
For students who have been awarded a FULL Bursary for the ESC. This includes accommodation on Sunday 21 August, breakfast and conference registration for the ESC on Monday 22 August. Attendees of the ESC have been awarded a partial bursary for the Congress, this rate includes dinner and accommodation on Monday 22 August; breakfast, dinner and accommodation on Tuesday 23 and Wednesday 24 August and breakfast on Thursday 25 August. Also included is the registration fee for the Congress (23-25 August).

Category 6: Emerging Scholars Colloquium (ESC) and Congress Faculty members only – £480
Conference + ESC package is ONLY for faculty scholars participating at the Early Scholars Colloquium.  This package includes accommodation for Sunday August 21; breakfast, dinner and accommodation on Monday August 22; breakfast, dinner and accommodation on Tuesday 23 and Wednesday 24 August and breakfast on Thursday 25 August. Also included is the  registration fee for the ESC (22 August) and the registration fee for the Congress (23-25 August).

• Cancellation terms and conditions – up to and including Tuesday 21 June, a full refund minus a cancelation fee of £25. After this date registration fees are non refundable.
• You can book additional nights accommodation (if this is not part of your conference package) on Monday 22 August and Thursday 25 August. Should you require any other nights, please book your accommodation here using the code CONF22 in the promo box.
