Early Career Researcher Paper Development Workshop

The Centre for Social and Environmental Accounting Research, in collaboration with the University of St Andrews Business School, invites applications for an in-person Early Career Researcher Paper Development Workshop.

Designed specifically for ECRs working in social and environmental accounting and accountability who have not yet published in a peer-reviewed journal, this two-day workshop provides a supportive, constructive space to refine working papers, gain insights into early-stage academic career development, and build lasting connections with the global SEA network.

Workshop Highlights

• Dedicated Paper Feedback: Receive detailed, constructive reviews on your draft paper from two discussants: a peer and a senior scholar in the field.
• Small-Group Mentoring: Engage in focused discussions with leading SEA researchers on paper development, publishing, and navigating early academic careers.
• Network Building: Connect with fellow ECRs and senior academics in an inclusive environment.
• Social Dinner: Attendees are invited to a complimentary workshop dinner on Thursday, 3 December.
