Membership Benefits

Every month we send out a newsletter with information relevant to researchers in social/environmental/sustainability accounting and accountability. This includes, for example, information on calls for papers, relevant policy developments and conferences. If you would like to see the most recent example of this then please email us at: csear@st-andrews.ac.uk

Subscription to the CSEAR 'house' journal, Social and Environmental Accountability Journal. The Journal can be accessed directly from the members' area section. This Journal contains reviews of relevant literature in the field as well as original research papers. You can also access back issues of the Journal. In addition a searchable database of articles is in development and this should be available shortly.

Types of membership

1 year Individual Membership of CSEAR with inclusive SEAJ subscription (either electronic or hard copies of the Journal). Membership of CSEAR includes the monthly CSEAR E-Newsletter emailed to subscriber and access to the members only section of the CSEAR website.

You can choose to join CSEAR for 1, 3 or 5 years. Membership will run for the requested time period from date of payment.
Discounted prices for FULL TIME STUDENT / UNWAGED memberships available.

Ways to pay

You can join CSEAR by making an online payment or by requesting an invoice be sent to your department or institution.

If you wish to join CSEAR for 1 year using a credit or debit card,  you can complete the online payment via the University of St Andrew’s Online Shop. If you would prefer a longer term membership, you can pay for a three year membership here or a five year membership here.

Most major credit cards are accepted. Please note that the final payment page to which you will be taken is run by the University of St Andrews E-commerce system.

We are unable to issue invoices for annual memberships, however we can arrange for an invoice to be issued for longer term memberships (3 or 5 years), please email us for more information – csear@st-andrews.ac.uk 

A database of all members’ information is kept by CSEAR in accordance with the UK’s Data Protection Act 1998 and the University of St Andrews’s entries in the UK National Data Protection Register.

Subscribers to SEAJ electronic format will gain access to the Journal via a direct link from the members’ section of this website
