The Department of Management (University of Turin), in collaboration with the CSEAR Italy, is delighted to host the 10th Conference on Social and Environmental Accounting Research (CSEAR) Italy, “20 Years of CSEAR Italy: learning from the past, mirroring the present, and shaping the future”, that will be held in Torino (Italy) on September 7–9, 2026. This will be preceded by the 5th CSEAR Italy Doctoral Colloquium, which takes place on September 7, 2026.
The 10th Italian CSEAR Conference aims to provide a space for critical discussion and reflection on the evolution of social and environmental accounting. In particular, the conference offers an opportunity to present and discuss research ideas, emerging projects, and working/full papers, encouraging constructive interaction, engagement, and dialogue in a friendly and supportive environment.
We welcome conceptual, empirical, and interdisciplinary contributions that address contemporary environmental and societal challenges in private, public and non-governmental organisations. Suggested topics include, but are not limited to:
We particularly encourage submissions that offer forward-looking perspectives, critical reflections on current practices, or revisit key debates with fresh insights grounded on the lessons from the past.
Abstracts (max. 500 words) or full papers should be submitted by May 1, 2026.
