We are always happy to welcome visitors to CSEAR. If you would like to visit then please Contact Us with details of when you would like to visit, how long you would like to visit us for and what facilities you require during your visit (including accommodation). We regularly have visitors that stay for anything from 1 week to 12 months.
CSEAR is based in the School of Management in the Gateway Building of the University of St Andrews. We have an extensive library that houses many unique stand-alone reports, books and journal articles. Depending on the length of your visit and circumstances, it may be possible to run small seminars if you have work that you wish to present, or arrange attendance at some of the modules/courses run by the School of Management on an auditing only basis. Unfortunately we cannot arrange for you to take any course exams and receive credit for these. If your visit coincides with the annual CSEAR conference, attendance at the conference can also be arranged.
Depending on the length and nature of your visit a fee may be payable to the University. At present the fees are £880 (£220 per quarter) for Home/EU visitors and £2,200 (£550 per quarter) for Overseas visitors, but these can be subject to change. If you do decide you wish to visit us then the cost of any fee payable will be discussed with you as part of the arrangements for your visit.
